1. Fees

1.1 If your course / activity date is within 6 weeks from now, the full course / activity fee is due with the booking form;otherwise a deposit of 25% is due now, and the remainder 6 weeks before the course / activity date.

2. Cancellation by Great Adventures UK Ltd

2.1 Where Great Adventures UK Ltd cancels a course, we will refund your course / activity payment in full.

3. Cancellation by you

3.1 If you cancel a booking with Great Adventures UK Ltd and give us 42 days notice or more, we will refund your course / activity payment in full.

3.2 If the cancellation notice is 21 days or more, we will refund 50% of your course / activity payment.

3.3 Where notice is 20 days or less, we are unable to refund any of the fees. If we are able to resell your booking, we will refund the activity payment in full. Where possible we may be able to offer an alternative course / activity date.

4. Activity risk

4.1 We draw your attention to the fact that adventure pursuits in the mountains or on water are activities with a risk of personal injury or death. Clients recognise and accept that risk when taking part in activities with Great Adventures UK Ltd.

5. Insurance

5.1 Great Adventures UK Ltd has full public liability insurance but we recommend you take out appropriate personal accident and cancellation insurance for your activity. If you already have insurance, please check it covers you for the activities you will be undertaking with Great Adventures UK Ltd.

6. Weather

6.1 We operate in the outdoor environment, where we are subject to the vagaries of the weather. Client safety is our first consideration and there may be occasions where we are unable to complete a course / activity due to the prevailing weather.
