Welsh Rivers:

River Conwy:
Starting at Conwy beneath the shadow of the the castle, we wait for the tide to turn and then break into the flow and head upstream, exiting from the river at Dolgarrog. This is a great half day journey through the beautiful Conwy Valley.

River Conwy Canoeing 2010:

Subject to weather and wind conditions, the River Conwy canoe trip is a fun day out that all the family can be involved in. Please contact us if you would like to try this activity and we will give you our next available date. (There could be one taking place this afternoon!)

Duration: Half day (8:30-12.30 or 12:30-4:30)

River Dee:
This is a great touring river which could have you believing that you were in Scotland or Canada. This is a full day journey taking in some grade II rapids and finishing above the town of Llangollen. A Welsh classic.

The Menai Straits:
Another classic stretch of water between the Welsh mainland and Anglesey for those with some experience. This area is tidal and guarantees moving water. On a typical journey we will pass under the Britannia and Menai Bridges, break in and out around the Swellies and enjoy some fine water.

Duration: Half or Full day

River Wye:
This is a two day classic tour starting at Glasbury and finishing the following day at or near Byford depending upon conditions. The river has many different characters from grade II rapids to a broad slow flow and the occasional shingle bank. Overnight accommodation can be sought from the Boat Inn or several other bed and breakfasts along the route, and camping is possible. Other areas of note are Hay on Wye which is good to visit on day 1.
